Colony was approached by long-term collaborator AJC to deliver this block of 5 zero carbon town houses complete with paved gardens, balconies, and impressive living spaces.

Situated in the heart of Greenwich the development fills an impressive plot measuring over 330m².

With a fully enclosed site boundary in a busy residential area, there were multiple complexities in the construction organisation and Colony’s technical delivery was fundamental to meeting these needs.
