Clapham Common North Side was built in 1860 as part of a stunning pair of terraces for wealthy city businessmen and their families wanting to live outside the City, but within easy reach. The Common was a good source of firewood and water and views over it commanded a respectable premium. Colony designed a full top-to-bottom restoration of the house, bringing it back into a truly marvellous family home.
